Unicollege Global Programs
Studying and working abroad
All Unicollege second- and third-year students have the opportunity to spend a semester at one of our partner universities abroad through the Erasmus+ program, which provides scholarships funded by the European Community. During this exchange, students will attend courses in the local language and take exams that will be fully recognized within their academic curriculum.
Unicollege students can also undertake an international internship through the Erasmus Placement program. This allows them to gain work experience in companies, institutions, training centers, and research organizations in one of the countries participating in the Erasmus Program.
Thanks to bilateral agreements established by Unicollege with prestigious non-European universities, students have even more opportunities to study abroad. They can:
- Spend a semester in Asia or Latin America, taking Chinese-language courses in Taiwan, which count toward their academic program, or immersing themselves in Spanish while studying in Argentina.
- Exchange programs in the USA and Canada, offering a unique academic and cultural experience in North America.
Furthermore, for those who wish to pursue a PhD, Unicollege has partnered with Westcliff University in California, providing students with the chance to continue their studies at the doctoral level in an international and innovative academic environment.
The Erasmus+ program also facilitates faculty exchanges, bringing professors from partner universities to Unicollege. These visiting lecturers conduct workshops and specialized seminars in their native languages, enriching students’ academic experience.
Additionally, at Unicollege campuses in Florence, Turin and Mantua, students can take on the role of Erasmus Buddy—acting as a mentor and guide for incoming international students. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with diverse cultures, one of the key goals of exchange programs.
